The DSAG thematic group “Checklists” accompanied the transition to the standard, starting with the formulation of 38 user stories through to participation in the final tests. The solution’s wide range of functions, combined with a high degree of flexibility in customer-specific use, as well as the intensive use of QM master and transaction data, nevertheless lead to a certain degree of complexity during implementation.
